Jimmy Kiser

Jimmy’s family moved to Denver, where he graduated from Emanuel High School. After high school, he became self-employed and opened an aquarium maintenance business. When COVID hit, he needed to supplement his income with additional work and joined Bienvenidos. Jimmy is truly a jack-of-all-trades at Bienvenidos. As a driver, he picks up orders, stocks the storeroom and refrigerators, manages recycling and trash, and takes on whatever else needs to be done. He loves the variety of his job and especially enjoys working with the volunteers, whose dedication he finds humbling. When Jimmy first started at Bienvenidos, he was a little intimidated—he had never worked for someone else before. What he found was an incredibly caring group of people who quickly made him feel welcome. And one more thing you should know about Jimmy: he has a great sense of humor and brings smiles to everyone at Bienvenidos.
